At Constitution and Its Discontents, we aim to provide an objective and scholarly platform for legal discourse. Our resources include annotated wireframes tailored for desktop, tablet, and mobile views. This site is dedicated to legal professionals, activists, students, and members of the judiciary, featuring comprehensive articles and structured information designed for effective legal communication.
This blog is inspired by Constitutional Law and Philosophy by Gautam Bhatia and emerges in response to the 26th Amendment — a development that demands sustained documentation and critique. At stake is the survival of constitutional law itself, and with it, the possibility of an independent judiciary.
In a time of intellectual decline, this blog seeks to pose an honest challenge: to think rigorously, to trace the effects of institutional collapse, and to ask whether rule of law can still be meaningfully upheld.
It also serves to remember and recognize those judges who, within a narrowing space, continue to assert their independence.

Engage with us to deepen your understanding of the law and its impacts.
